Our latest addition

Matt and I have been looking for a new car pretty much our entire marriage. I love my Jetta and it has been a great car, the only problem is, its a little small to be fitting a baby in it. Once we found out we were expecting, we knew we were going to really have to buy something, so our search continued. Over the last couple weeks we had finally narrowed down what we were interested in, and our price range. Tuesday we went down to the dealership and purchased this beauty, an Acura MDX. We love it! The best part about driving it, is the thought that in a few short months, we will be bringing home our new little baby in it!

As I get farther along in my pregnancy, I continue to get more and more anxious to meet this little spirit. It can be frightening at times, and there are some things about motherhood that make me a little nervous, but I am ready for our lives to change and to become even more complete! Before I was pregnant I thought I wanted to wait a few more years before we had a family, because I was so happy with the way our lives were. I loved being able to spend every second with Matt and I felt like we were getting to a place where nothing really could get better. Then we found out we would be having a baby, and I started to panic a bit.. but through some pretty amazing spiritual experiences I became clam and excited and I sometimes wonder why we wanted to wait so long! I can't wait to become a mother, and start our family! This car purchase is just the first step! :)
