The weekend after Lucy's first birthday, Matt and I headed to Park City, UT to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. Sometimes it is hard to believe that we have been married for three years, but at the same time I feel like we have been married forever. haha in a good way though. We were lucky enough to head up to the Stein Erickson Lodge in Deer Valley and spend three days in the most beautiful suite. We would walk out on our deck and the mountain slapped us in the face. It was beautiful. The first night we were there we headed up to the Olympic Park and watch a rock climbing competition. Matt has started rock climbing and bouldering, and so he was really excited to be able to go and watch the professionals. Holy moly, those dudes and chicks, are soooo strong. I could only wish to have rock solid bodies like they do. It was really fun and some of the other people in the crowd provided really great entertainment. :) Also, this particular weekend was the Art Festival in Park City so we spent most of our time there. It was so fun to just be able to spend time with one another, and even though we missed Lucy like crazy, it was definitely a much needed time of just the two of us. We had such a great time being at Stein, and we can't wait to go back. They treat you like a million bucks and provide you with the greatest service you've ever had.
On Sunday, we checked out early and headed home just in time to make it to sweet London's baby blessing! :) It was a great weekend and it was so wonderful to be with my sweet Matty. He really is one great dude. I sure love him and I am so thankful that I get to spend eternity with him. Happy 3 years, here is to many, many, many more.
